1. Eligibility for Refunds:
A refund request is only applicable if the services provided by the hotel were not as
expected or if there was a fault in the booking process. All refund requests must be
made within 7 days of check-in.
2. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
used for booking.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain services, including but not limited to meals, spa treatments, and excursions,
may not be refundable if they were utilized.
