1. Booking Cancellations:
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14
business days to reflect in your account.
3. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be provided if the service was not delivered as described. If there is
any issue with the service provided, please inform us within 24 hours for a resolution.
4. Non-refundable Charges:
Some promotional rates, group bookings, and special offers may not be refundable.
